AeroSpy has been selected from amongst the persons having submitted proposals to give a presentation at the 1st Workshop of the EC UAS Panel that took place in the Castor meeting room at Eurocontrol, Brussels, Belgium on Tuesday 12 July 2011.
15.09.2010: Thales UAS Innovation Award 2010
AeroSpy participated in the exhibition and presented the first prototype of a Sense & Avoid System that will allow UAV’s to fly line out of sight. Three prizes were awarded at the end of the competition — one general and two with a particular focus: sustainable environment, and system aspects.

Because of having doubled the employees we had to change the location of our office. We are now located at the Winterhafen 13, 2nd floor, A-4020 Linz. First Prototype of a Sense & Avoid System finished.
AeroSpy presents the world’s first prototype of a Sense & Avoid System at Eurosatory, Paris ( 14.-18.06.2010). The development of the prototype is based on the recommendations defined by the CAUSE study (Eurocontrol, „Unmanned Aircraft Systems – ATM Collision Avoidance Requirements“, CND/CoE/CNS/09-156, 14th December 2009)and theoretical and practical results of the research at AeroSpy.

20.06.2010: Sense & Avoid demonstrator
Sense & Avoid System successfully demonstrated at Eurosatory, Paris.
During the exhibition we raised the interest of multiple companies and institutions from various nations. Our result of the exhibition is the knowledge that we have developed the right equipment at the right time. We got real good feedback about it and are working right now on a project outline for the further developments together with partners.
