Autopilot

The AeroSpy autopilot system v1.0 is a cost efficient inertial measurement unit (IMU) with high performance algorithm for navigation, with a sampling frequency up to 500 Hz for control applications such as autonomous micro air vehicle (MAV) control. With a total weight of 44 g, including IMU, data logger and global positioning system (GPS), it is one of the world smallest (67.5x42x15mm) fully featured IMU for control applications.
Through a customizable 32-bit controller with 60 MHz and several external communication buses like CAN, I2C, or UART the IMU is a perfect tool for a broad range of applications.
The autopilot system consumes only 1.15W of power; additional battery monitoring provides battery life information for safety.
